Tips for Losing Weight! (Joking)

Officially 75 kg now =]
Woke up at 11 in the morning. Cant make it for breakfast as what i planned.

Lying around before I really drag myself to make my lunch.

A wonderful day, I told myself, for being able to have enough sleep. Sleeping was never such a bliss. Remember when I was a kid, my dad would have to drag me to bed for an afternoon nap as if he was dragging me to hell. Such a hard time for him eh.

Went for gym for a short while, did some running and abs workout. And I realized my weight have dropped to 75!

It was somehow disturbing.

I've been feasting like insane for the past 2 weeks and have not been for any workout. Still, I'm dropping weight?

Isn't It amazing? I guess, a little bit of stress did aided me to lose weight. Okay, I know it was not a good sign. I've been suffering from some health disorder recently. These includes insomnia, and breathing difficulties.

There is this one Tuesday I went to school fro class, but I ended up sleeping in the Health Service Center. So, when I eventually turn up for Moral Studies, my mates was laughing at me, for skipping full morning of classes, and coming for an MQA class instead.Anyhow, knowing that I did not GAIN weight, but LOSE some did really made my day!

As I was walking inside the Pyramid, I so happened to pass through this Cadbury- Happy moment event. And I can tell you, I dont need another chocolate to make my day, I'm happy already! (And I'm afraid that having too much choc will gain weight XD)


And as a reward to myself, I bought some Sausages and make Sausages Roll (with bread) for my dinner .
I also made some changed to my Blogger Template =]
But some part of it is still under construction. Shall update everything pretty soon!
