Tips for Losing Weight! (Joking)
Officially 75 kg now =] Woke up at 11 in the morning. Cant make it for breakfast as what i planned. Lying around before I really drag myself to make my lunch. A wonderful day, I told myself, for being able to have enough sleep. Sleeping was never such a bliss. Remember when I was a kid, my dad would have to drag me to bed for an afternoon nap as if he was dragging me to hell. Such a hard time for him eh. Went for gym for a short while, did some running and abs workout. And I realized my weight have dropped to 75! It was somehow disturbing. I've been feasting like insane for the past 2 weeks and have not been for any workout. Still, I'm dropping weight? Isn't It amazing? I guess, a little bit of stress did aided me to lose weight. Okay, I know it was not a good sign. I've been suffering from some health disorder recently. These includes insomnia, and breathing difficulties.
