To: That Charcoal Guy

To that charcoal guy who flooded my timeline just a moment ago:

I still missed those day when we were so young an wild,
those pointless conversation, thru the phone,
moment that we should study for exam but we were at the basketball court instead,
the Kampai Vokda that turns us sober but not drunk,
the talk over girls,
playing with hair waxes and gels,
the computer game we were playing,
the technology thingy that we were so mad about,
the fight of badminton,
those naive judge about our friends,
the time when we stood up together protecting our classmate from being snatched,
the extraordinary silence where we lost for word,
it’s like we’ve done all the talking and no more which we did not speak of,
all the secrets that we kept so safe and sound.

It’s only a flashback that burns so bright.

You know? We’d never really took a photo together.

For a friend that so close but so far away.

I remember as well that day when i was having a vacation at Pangkor and you flew to Aussie, then I tear off and emo in front of my housemates as I felt so bad and guilty not being to see you off.

I remember the card where i sent to you and being sent back to me in the end.

I remember the 1st time we befriend each other is on the final exam of junior three where you sat in front of me. You turn back, and talk to me, asking me had I studied for the exam. The very 1st conversation we had after being in the same class for 2 years.

That’s all just so nostalgic.

Perhaps we are not so closed as how you to your best pal.

But if you got to read this by any chance,
I just want you to know,
I cherished this unique friendship very much,
and I would like to thank you for being a friend of mine,
That is one of a kind.

And I Missed You.
I’m Not Afraid to Tell.
